HE Roulo

H.E. Roulo is a Pacific Northwest writer. She earned a BA in English from the University of Idaho.

The first book in her Plague Masters trilogy, Plague Master: Sanctuary Dome, released in 2015.

Her short stories have appeared in over a dozen magazines, anthologies, and podcasts. Recent publications include Fantasy Magazine (Women Destroy Fantasy special issue), Nature Futures 2, and Blood Type: An Anthology of Vampire SF on the Cutting Edge.

The serialized podcast release of her novel Fractured Horizon was a finalist for the 2009 Parsec Award for Best Speculative Fiction Story (novel). She co-hosted Podioracket.com from 2009 to 2012.

She looks forward to bringing more romance to her favorite genres of horror, sci-fi, and fantasy.

She is a founding contributor to Meant to Be Press.
