Meant to Be Press

BRINGING YOU THE BEST IN ROMANCE FICTION

Dramaworld Follows the Rules

Dramaworld PosterAlthough you may not be familiar with kdrama, or Korean Dramas, the quirky Dramaworld series quickly captures the viewer. If you’re familiar with Lost in Austen (and I highly encourage you to check it out if you’re not!) then you’ve seen the results when a super-fan is drawn into the world of her dreams and gets to meet the hero she’s adored from afar  *swoon*.

Similarly, in the first episode of Dramaworld, awkward Claire finds herself pulled out of the ordinary and into her favorite kdrama. She’s quickly informed that something has gone off-formula. It’s her job to put the story back on track, follow the rules, and ensure that the story has a happy ending so the next series can be born. Otherwise, all of Dramaworld, and her favorite actors and shows, will disappear.

Claire takes her task seriously, but is distracted by the heroic male lead. Can she pull behind the scenes tricks to unite him with the heroine, while pining for him herself?

Things take a dark turn, and an antagonist is revealed who plots, murders, and keeps the romantic couple apart. The romance continues, but with a greater sense of suspense and mystery.

Delivered in small, 15 minute chunks, the first season of Dramaworld is an enjoyable and romantic romp. Anyone who has watched a soap opera can follow the simple rules established and laugh as things go wonderfully awry.

Lela lives in a modest house in a modest town with her husband, children, and pets. Despite living so far north, she requires a certain amount of sunshine each day or she gets grumpy.
